Sarah Leamon
Sarah is a practicing lawyer in British Columbia and Alberta. She is a member of both the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta. In addition to her work in the Lower Mainland and throughout BC, Sarah also accepts certain criminal cases in Alberta.
In addition to her law degree, Sarah holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Calgary and a Masters of Arts from UBC. A native of Fort McMurray Alberta, Sarah went on to earn her law degree from Bond University in Queensland, Australia. Much of her academic career focused on criminal law, miscarriages of justice and the application of the Charter of Rights. Sarah developed unique arguments on IRP 90-day driving prohibition cases, including challenging what evidence must be adduced to prove that the device used is in fact an Approved Screening Device.
